an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except as noted
below, using FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or
USPS Ground. If any particular shipping method is not available in
you area, please note this in the comments section of your order as
well as selecting the appropriate method for Tiger Mt Tea Co to ship
your order. Tiger Mt Tea Co reserves the right to change the shipping
method at its own discretion and expense. Tiger Mt Tea Co is not responsible
for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.We recommend
that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked
methods of shipping, Tiger Mt Tea Co will not be responsible for lost
shipments.
Local Customer Pickup is an option
for our local customers. For a small handling charge, we have made
arrangements with Buddha Belly in Gilman Village (Suite
21) to provide a place for you to pick up your order and avoid
higher shipping charges. Orders will generally be available for pickup
on the following day by 4pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or
Sunday will be available on Monday.
