Tiger Mt Tea Co is located in Issaquah, WA at the foot of
Tiger Mt. We opened online in January 2003 as a distributor
for Tea Connexions - Gourmet Teas Beautifully Packaged, and
expanded our selections of Premium Teas and accessories to the
point where we needed a new website. This site unveiled in September
2003 and is continuing to grow at a steady pace. We are adding
new items every week.
With help from lots of feedback from our customers, we found
a retail location in Issaquah, Washington to better serve our
local customers and visitors looking for a place to sit down,
relax, and have "a good cup of tea". It seems everyone
(literally) wanted to see us open in Gilman Village, so... we
did!! We opened in April (2005) and started serving tea
and a light lunch menu in November. We discontinued our lunch
menu in August of 2008 due to rising costs and falling sales
but continue to offer tea, coffee, and fresh bakery goods daily
as well as our extensive line of loose teas, herbal tisane blends
and a growing list of organic Ayurvedic herbs.
We made the very difficult decision in September 2008 to close
our retail store in Gilman Village, but look at this opportunity
to build on our other marketing ventures, re-build this online
site with an even larger inventory than before and look for
other opportunities to re-open in a better time and place. In
the meantime, we plan to continue serving our very devoted customers
with the very best teas available. The staff at Tiger Mt Tea
Co and myself will miss everyone, but hope to see all of you
